Roof Repair Case Studies: Roof & Siding Replacement in Westfield, IN

Challenge

We were called out to inspect a home in Westfield, Indiana for Hail Damage. This area had reports of lime-sized hail from a storm that happened in June of 2021. Upon examination Inspector Josh Timm found significant hail damage to the roof, siding, and soft metals. The client reached out to their insurance company and they initially only approved the roof and downspouts to be replaced. 

Solution

Inspector Josh Timm went back out to the property with the adjustor to show other areas of the home were impacted by the storm including an entire elevation of siding on the house, the downspouts, and even their fence. Josh filed for a supplement to have the claim include the replacement of those items, and it was ultimately approved.
