Roof Repair Case Studies: Fully Updated Home in Greenwood, IN

Our customer in Greenwood, IN reached out to North American Contractors after a hail storm hit the area. They had damage to their roof, siding and gutters. 

Solution

NAC was able to help our customer every step of the way. With having damage to his roof, siding and gutters, NAC was able to work with their insurance company to process the claim. After the initial inspection, by us and the appraiser, we felt like there was additional damage that was not initially approved. After discussing with the homeowner, NAC decided to re-submit a supplement for the partial gutters that were not initially covered as well as the windows. Since NAC was going to be fixing the damage caused from the hail storm, the homeowner decided to go ahead and update some additional exterior cosmetics. NAC was also approved to update some exterior paint and trim work as well as the garage doors. What a great time to make it a full home make-over! The house looks great!
