This homeowner in Lafayette experienced extensive damage to his home’s exterior. Not only was the roof damaged, but the siding, gutters, and windows all needed replacing as well. The hail hit this area very hard, and insurance needed to be involved, which can be a scary thought for any homeowner.

Solution

This is a prime example to why it is imperative to have your contractor available for the insurance adjusters meeting. With North American Contractors available during this important meeting, we are able to work along side the insurance adjuster to make sure they are adding everything they need to for your claim. David had a lot of damage in all aspects of his home. With working with Josh and NAC, we were able to be an advocate for David and re-submit several supplements with his insurance company becuase they didn’t cover everything we felt that needed to be covered for David, We were able to speak directly to the adjuster and explain why we felt the damage needed to be covered and ultimately, was able to help David get everything covered by insurance.
