North American Contractors Case Studies: Correcting a Long Time Gutter Issue
Friday, August 20th, 2021 by Alicia Hunneman
Challenge
A client in the Beech Grove area reached out to us about a roof and gutter replacement on her home. Josh Timm provided her an estimate and noted that her current gutters were installed incorrectly. The previous contractor installed on a long run on one side of her home where she really should have had two separate, to maximize the efficiency of the gutters. She was paying for these improvements out of pocket and price was going to be a large determining factor in selecting her contractor.
Solution
Josh Timm explained to her that the extra funds, which made his estimate a bit higher than another quote she received, were needed to separate the gutters. This would ensure they would be installed correctly on her specific house structure, and correct the leaking issue that she was currently experiencing. She ultimately chose to work with NAC due to Josh’s knowledge and honest explanation of services. The roof and gutters were all replaced in a timely manner and the client was happy she chose to work with NAC.
