Challenge

Steve contacted North American Contractors after a storm damaged his mother’s house. She had a lot of damage to her roof, siding and gutters. However, when the adjuster came for the initial inspection, he did not approve the roof and siding. Rob Smith, our Sales Manager assigned to help Steve, did not approve. He promised Steve he would work to get the adjuster to re-inspect the property. Rob knew there was additional damage to the siding. After the re-inspection, the adjuster did approve the roof, siding, the shed roof, partial gutters and awnings. Steve was extremely happy with the news. So, the work began!

Solution

Steve chose a GAF American Harvest shingle with Eclipse vinyl siding. We were also able to make some repairs to the sidewalk as well as built a beautiful front porch to complete the home. Steve was extremely happy with the work provided by North American Contractors. He even followed up with us several months later to tell us how much he enjoys his porch and that they use it everyday!
