- Oversee the completion of 100-200 projects per year on time and on budget
- You are the go-to person when it comes to client satisfaction during construction
- Communicate with the property owners, sales, and the crews to keep everyone on the same page
- Enter information into our computer/mobile app system
- You always have the client’s best interest at heart
- You keep stuff moving and don’t let stuff fall through the cracks
- Meet the challenges of prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Your desire to improve your skills and knowledge drives you to take advantage of ongoing training

- Base Salary – commensurate with what you bring to elevate NAC

Skill set and Experience
- Construction Aptitude / Knowledge
- Ability to stay calm in tense situations
- Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Organizational & Multi-tasking skills
- Valid driver’s license
- High School Diploma
- Pass background check provided by NAC
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
