Roof Repair Case Studies: Roof Project with Water Damage in Greenwood, IN
Friday, April 7th, 2017 by Ashley Rudolphi
Challenge
The way this home was originally built, it allowed water to flow into the home. North American Contractors was able to help in so many ways.
Solution
Our customer in Greenwood, Indiana was referred to North American Contractors by their State Farm Insurance Agent. They had damage to their roof and gutters, however they also were having issues with leaks coming into their home. After inspecting the home, we found that the way the home was originally built, it allowed water to flow into the house causing the leak and damage to their drywall. NAC was able to rebuild their valley to divert it to the gutter. Also, after the project was finished, our team went out to inspect the job to make sure how things were wrapping up with the crew. We noticed the crew had scratched the homeowners new sidewalk. It appeared they had removed the plywood prematurely and leaving the sidewalk unprotected. Rob immediately called the homeowner and let him know and to reassure him we are aware of it and we will absolutely take care of the issue. The homeowner was extremely thankful we noticed it and had a proactive approach. This is just another reason why NAC is not your typical contractor. We care about your home and the work and service we provide.
Update: The homeowners have kept in touch and they have not had any issues with leaks since!
