When most people think about putting their home up for sale, they start thinking about the repairs or updates they need to make in order for the house to be “marketable”. Most of the updates the homeowner instantly thinks are for the interior of the home. However, in Karen’s case, it was the roof. With being an older roof and at the end of its life, she knew it would be an issue for potential new homeowners. 

Solution
