North American Contractors Case Studies: Tornado rips through Lebanon

Challenge

After a tornado ripped through the Anderson area, our homeowner was left with a completely destroyed garage and extensive damage to his home.

Solution

When we arrived to our customers home, it was in rough shape. The tornado definitely did its damage. The only thing left of the garage were 2 walls, the tree in the front was ripped out and there was major damage to the entire exterior of the home. Luckily, no on was hurt, but this was going to be a massive project. NAC worked along side the insurance company to help manage this hefty claim. The homeowner maxed out his policy! 

The homeowner needed his garage! He ran his car business there and seeing it leveled was the worst. However, he always had dreams of having a large garage, big enough for a car lift. So, that’s what NAC did. With working with the insurance company, our crews and the help of many, we built a pole barn large enough to allow our customer to put a lift in to continue and grow his business! 

All in all, NAC rebuilt a few trusses on the house that were damaged, replaced the roof, siding, gutters, pulled permits and helped with the pole barn. We were so happy to work with our customer and help him get his home, business and life back to normal. Our company is so much more than a business – it’s about the people we help and the friendships we make!
